[Episode One]

This was a very good watch. I was a little skeptical in the beginning but I sat through all eighteen minutes of this because it wasn't super predictable like things tended to be. I love the style of the faces and expressions and for some reason I really like hearing "THIS IS MR ULMAN SPEAKING." It makes me snicker every time, probably just because whoever did the line really did a good job in projecting the arrogance in that particular line.

Look forward to the next episode.

Hahahaha, this was great. Did you upload this to stickpage? It would probably get more appreciation there. Most of Newgrounds is prejudice against stick man videos. :P

All my longer stuff goes on stickpage, I keep my shorter stuff on YouTube but due to copyright I needed to take a lot of stuff down, NG is kind of just my place holder for animations to show around lol. Thanks for the nice words though!

Okay....

So the jist of this Flash is, Pikachu says no to the trainer, so it gets kicked.

That's it. That's all there is.

Considering how Pokemon has been done to death, this is all you could come up with? Well, whatever. Here's my critique.

There was little to no animation in this video, but from what I saw you need more work. It just looks like a bunch of key frames smashed together when the trainer is speaking(also Pikachu). Then you move the trainers symbol a little while you had an irrelevant song playing(After "Whatcha Say" the rest has nothing to do with the Flash). Not even sure what you did to make Pikachu move but it looks odd. Still, despite this since you at least attempted you get a half star for that.

The other half star is for your art. It's not the best but you have a style I can differentiate. Not sure if that was on purpose or not. I was disappointed at the end when you decided to be lazy and scribble the third and last scene of your Flash. It would have been forgivable if you put effort into it, but you didn't.

Someone said this had potential, and I agree. However, you just decided to be lazy and not take your time with it, as indicated from the last scene. I suggest making more of an effort on the actual content of your movies and of course the art. Don't half ass it. You start out with a certain quality keep that quality going until the end.

Oh, the other star was for the loader. At least it doesn't loop, can't tell you how annoying it is.

I know you can do better, I look forward to your next video.

I love seeing creativity in compilations like these. i only wish that you put a maximum time limit on some of them. That last one was way too long.

This was pretty amusing. I love shorts when they're done right, and this was definitely done correctly. Brave is one of my favorite movies so I'm probably a little biased.

All in all the content video is refreshing, seems like I see the same thing on NGs each time I visit. Thanks for not jumping on the current bandwagons.

Only reason why I took a half star away was because the voice quality needed some work, but I still gave it a five. :)

Thank you. Yeah, hopefully we'll sort that audio problem out. Since it was all improvised, we didn't feel like taking another take since we didn't think it would be as good.

Try to work on getting a play button for your shorts instead of just having a loop. :3

The style of this animation is very unique, which I love. I just didn't really understand any of the audio. Didn't get what the female trainer was saying, and I made out about 50 percent of what the trainer said. The jokes had me smiling, but I wasn't laughing much. I still enjoyed it though.

Next video I would consider A) Buying a better mic or B) Look for some voice actors on Newgrounds to help you with the dialogue. Keep up the good work!

I agree with what you are saying. The audio has been a major obstacle in my animation endeavors. I feel very comfortable with my style and I am stoked see that you liked it! I would like to have someone do voice acting that actually embodies the character. I am fairly new to this site, so if you could let me know how to go about doing that that would freaking awesome! Thanks a lot!
